In order to become a Home Inspector in Louisiana, a person must obtain a license from the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors. If you are applying to be a licensed home inspector, you will be required to go through 90 hours of classroom education, and 30 hour of in-field training.
Note: The 90 classroom hours must be completed before the 30 hours of field training can begin.
