All,

Just like you, we here at Donaldson are closely monitoring the rapidly changing climate surrounding COVID-19. A superior customer experience is at the core of our mission, and the health and safety of our customers and staff are of course essential to meeting that goal.

By now you are likely already aware that many colleges and universities are moving students online temporarily. Furthermore, in some areas we serve, announcements are rolling in by the hour about closures and other temporary measures.

As you may know, Donaldson is a private institution therefore we must make decisions for our customers and staff independently of other academic bodies. What we want, is what you want, which is the best possible outcome for you in terms of education and safety.

Fortunately, at our core a great abundance of our training programs are already conducted online. In addition, many of our live classroom courses already include online components for your convenience.

Donaldson is the leader in our category in terms of state of the art streaming platforms that have the ability to bring the classroom to you. We think it is time to greatly expand those offerings if needed, so that your educational journey is interrupted as little as possible.

At this time we are working through a comprehensive plan to address all live classroom courses that are scheduled in the coming weeks. This includes all campus locations, and all pre-license, post-license and continuing education programs.

We believe that flexibility is one of our strengths, and if you are registered for or are a current student in a live classroom course we will communicate any changes to you directly.

Please bookmark this email and look for future information as it comes available. In addition, we are maintaining customer support via email at info@donaldsoneducation.com and we still have representatives on the phone during office hours at 504-456-1785.

In the midst of these uncertain times, we are here to help.

Sincerely,

Chris Donaldson, CEO
